My degree in Law has allowed me to do a plethora of jobs. I started interning for a New York Law Firm - Simpson Thacher & Bartlett - where I worked in Capital Markets for Latin America. In furtherance of this practice I undertook the New York Bar Exam and am a member since 2013. That same year I rellocated to Portugal where I started interning for Law firm Uria Menendez, Proença de Carvalho in the areas of M&A, Banking, Finance and Litigation. In 2015 I joined the University of Lisbon as "assistente convidada" (which roughly translates to assistant lecturer) mostly in the areas of comparative law whilst also working at the Banco de Portugal as a legal expert. I have great interest in researching breakthrough solutions for our legal systems and purport to find bridges of undertstanding between different legal cultures. CIDP has been the platform I have used to perform this research work.
