Graduate (2009) and Masters (2014) in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, and he has been a Guest Lecturer at the same Faculty since 2011, lecturing in the subjects of Introduction to the Study of Law, Civil Procedural Law III and Commercial Law.
He has published papers in the fields of Civil Law, Transport Law, Fundamental Rights and Theory of Law and has collaborated as a Teacher / Trainer in several Municipal Police Training Courses, promoted by the Portuguese Directorate-General of Local Authorities and in postgraduate Courses at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in the fields of Labour and Social Security Law and Transport Law. He was a Legal Counsel at ARAC – Portuguese Car and Truck Rental Association, member of the Pedagogical Council of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and coordinator of the Tutoring Service of the same Faculty.
He is currently Councillor of the Municipal Council of Montijo responsible for Social Action, Youth, Construction Works under direct administration of the Municipality, Energy, Public Transport, Municipal Inspection, Fees and Licenses and Administrative Offenses and Tax Enforcement.
