Graduated in Law at the University of Lisbon, in the mention of Legal Sciences (2008 - 16 values). Graduated in Advanced Studies in Public Management Course (2009 - 17 values), and in Public Management Training Program - FORGEP (2017 - 18 values), both by the National Institute of Administration.
Since March 2018, Head of multidisciplinary team at Inspection General of Health Services (IGAS), with the competencies established for 1st degree positions of intermediate direction. Secondary middle manager at the National Library of Portugal from January to March 2018. Assistant Lecturer at the University of Lisbon School of Law to teach the discipline of General Theory of Civil Law, from September 2017. From January to December of 2017 was Head of multidisciplinary team at IGAS, responsible for the Control of the Performance of Public Entities in the Monitoring and Evaluation of Contracts. Worked as an inspector at IGAS, from 2010 to 2016, having been instructor of disciplinary processes, planned and executed several inspections and audits, and carried out processes directed to the determination of facts that could lead to possible financial responsibility to communicate to the Public Prosecutor / Court of Auditors. Member of the Technical Support Group of the Coordinating Group of the Integrated Internal Control System of the Ministry of Health, and other groups responsible to prepare legislative amendments drafts.
