Anastasia Trubacheva holds a PhD in Law from the University of Luxembourg (2025) and a Candidate of Legal Sciences degree in Civil Law, Business Law, Family Law, and Private International Law from MGIMO University (2020). She has a BA in Administrative and Financial Law (with honours, 2013), an MA in Private International and Civil Law (with honours and medal, 2015), and a Research Teaching Fellow degree (2018).
She gained her practical experience at leading international law firms and a national bank for development. She also worked as a Postdoctoral and Doctoral Researcher at the Luxembourg Centre for European Law and as a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law.
She is an Advance HE Associate Fellow (UK) with over 100 hours of experience in teaching, coaching, and mentoring. Her research interests encompass international procedural law, private international law, comparative law, modern technologies, human rights, and legal methodology.
