The Institute of Private Law (IDP) has just been awarded the public utility status by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
The status, which is in force for a period of ten years, is justified by the fact that the IDP "has been developing, since its creation in 2014, relevant activities of general interest in the scope of teaching and research and scientific dissemination, in the area of Law, namely through the organisation of courses and conferences and the publication of scientific works".
Already published in Diário da República (Series II), the attribution of this recognition to IDP can be consulted in full here.
