II Postgraduate Course on E-Commerce

Timetable:

working days from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm, and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm, with coffee break

Are open until 28th January of 2019

 

 

Fees:

  • Registration fee: €50 (non-refundable)
  • Complete Course without evaluation: €1.300 (with evaluation: plus €100)
    Single modules: Module I (€350); Module II (€210); Module III (€350); Module IV (€180); Module V (€210) (with evaluation: plus €100)
  • Single sessions: €50, €75 or €100, according to the duration of 50/60, 80/90 or 110/120 minutes (with certificate of attendance)

 

Payment by instalment:
Students who choose enrolment on the Complete Course, with or without evaluation, can choose to pay by 3 instalments, of equal value, on the following terms:

  • First instalment must be paid on the registration act
  • Second instalment must be paid by 31st of March of 2019
  • Third instalment must be paid by 31st of May of 2019

Students who choose to pay by instalment, don’t have access to any of the agreed Protocols between IDC and the associated entities.

 

Discounts:

  •  10% for lawyers, trainee-lawyers and former students, from less than 2 years, from FDUL
  • 20% for members of the National Association of Young Portuguese Lawyers (ANJAP)
  • Judicial Magistrates that are members of the Portuguese Judges Trade Union (ASJP), Prosecutors that are members of the Prosecutors Trade Union (SMMP) and for workers and affiliated of DECO the discounts laid down by the Protocols between IDC and those entities
  • 50% to members of the Academic Association of University of Lisbon School of Law (AAFDL)
  • 50% for FDUL master students and for FDUL final year students
  • 35% for students attending more than one CIDP postgraduate course, in the present or former academic year
  • 35% for CIDP post-graduation students enrolled in single sessions of other CIDP postgraduate courses
  • Special discounts for more than five enrolled students in CIDP postgraduate courses

 

Final evaluation:

Registration to the complete course with evaluation or to single modules with evaluation, the students must present, at the end of the course, a paper on a subject of their choice, provided that it relates to one of the subjects taught.

 

The paper shall meet the following requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 20 pages and maximum of 30 pages, written in computer;
  • Must be written in font Times New Roman, size 12, line spacing of 1.5 and footnotes in size 10;
  • Must be delivered at CIDP’s office until 30th September of 2019 in hard copy and a pdf version must be sent to the email addresses [email protected] and [email protected];
  • It is possible to extend the delivery of the paper for one month by paying €100 (one hundred euros), in a maximum of two extensions for the same period;
  • Timely delivered papers are evaluated by one of the Course Coordinators or by a speaker chosen by the Coordinators;
  • Papers are rated from 0 to 20 points;
  • Papers rated lower than 8 points, the student is found to have failed.
