Course Presentation

Ten years after the completion of two postgraduate courses in "Affiliation, Adoption and Protection of Minors" at the University of Lisbon School of Law (2007/2008 and 2008/2009 academic years), it is relevant to carry out a new course that covers not only the area of Children's Law, but also Family Law and the Law of Succession, areas that rise a permanent discussion of enormous practical relevance in our society. This course is intended to graduates in Law and also in other areas who wish to deepen these issues through a theoretical-practical methodology, to be held in two weekly sessions, of 2 hours each, by specialists of recognized merit.
